Skills Required
- Ability to build from scratch and operate with limited structure
- Ability to connect financial data with operational reality
- Comfortable working with data
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs and business drivers
- Strong Financial and Analytical Skills
Qualifications Required
- 4–8+ years in Business Controlling / Commercial Finance
- Experience in fashion retail / fast fashion strongly preferred
- Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments is a strong plus
- Exposure to category management or merchandising environments
